Simply complete each stage in order and you'll have a custom DVD or Blu-ray Disc movie in no time. Please can someone help me with a simple request: I'm trying to make a project that has 2 Tracks with just 1 Main Menu that you can simply Play Track 1 or Track 2. TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4 Each project is Divided into 5 stages: Start, Source, Menu, Simulation, and Output. The rest depends on TDA's template limitations (if I remember well, the TAW4 has templates with 18 or more buttons). I'm very new to using Authoring Works 6 - I do like it, but it's taking me a while to get my head round it. In theory it is possible to have up to 36 buttons per page (with 4:3) and up to 24 buttons with 16:9.

If you find it complicated, follow nic2k4's suggestion (note: top menu only, as I mentioned), but this way you only get track selection page(s). The one with cell commands (addressed from track menu) will play one item each time. The title without cell commands (launched with play all button) will play continuously. After that modify the original title by addition of cell commands as described above. Register it as title 2 in VTS Titles and VMG Titles and edit the addressed title # in the command on the path from play all button. Now, of course, I want more :-) Some MKV files have Chapter or Menu time stamps built into them.

Thanks to previous questions and answers, I was able to use the K-Lite Code Pack to import MKV files into my TMPGEnc authoring project. If you need it, you can create a mirror PGC (Duplicate PGC command - before you've added cell commands). I'm running a trial of TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4 and so far, am quite impressed. in DVDRemake:Ī) add a cell command 'Jump VTS "root" menu' into the movie PGC's 'Cell Commands' tab ī) in Programs tab of that PGC add command #1 to the last cell of each program If you have the clips joined in a single track but don't have any chapters, you can re-import it to TDA (by dragging VIDEO_TS.IFO to SOURCE window) and set those chapters, then make top & track menus (1+1 pages) as usual. each movie since it is very small will play continuously. after playing the movie it should show the top menu. while playing i should be able to play the movie of my choice. New to TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring is the ability to add note pages to your menus. i should get a menu of the list of movies i added and i should be able to link the particular movie to the concerned line in the list. TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring is optimized for Intel Core 2 Duo Processors and Intel Duo/Extreme Processors for a speed increase of 5-18 over TMPGEnc DVD Author 2.0. i want each clip to be added to tda as a movie. very small video clips of about 7 mnts duration or so. btw, i would like to elaborate on this issue.
